The need to establish the People is based on the recognition that so-called social contracts between the People and government of all countries only consist of a constitution that defines and establishes government. A description that defines and establishes the People equal in strength to government is an omission from all contracts. This collective imbalance is the initial conditions that determines the global system and sets it its regressive path towards ultimate tyranny.
The organisation is currently developing the Universal Charter of Human Sovereignty and is seeking strategic partnerships for the development and promotion of the Charter.
