The SARS-CoV-2 virus contains a spike protein on its surface. If you’ve seen images of the coronavirus, it is the sun-like protrusions often pictured on the outside of the virus.
During a natural infection, spike proteins play a key role in helping the virus enter the cells of your body. A region of the protein, known as the S2, fuses the viral envelope to your cell membrane. The S2 region also allows for the coronavirus spike protein to be easily detected by the immune system, which then makes antibodies to target and bind the virus.
Spike proteins are also produced by your body after taking a Covid-19 jab, and they function similarly in that they are able to fuse to cell membranes. In addition, since they are made in your own cells, your cells are then targeted by your immune system in an effort to destroy the spike protein. Thus, your immune system’s response to spike proteins can damage your body’s cells.
A type of coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2 has spike-shaped protuberances on its surface that it uses to hook onto the cells of organisms it has invaded and then be able to multiply. It was often pictured in newspapers and on the television during the ‘pandemic’.
A particular part of this spike-shaped protein, known as S2, causes the viral envelope to fuse to your cell membrane. This S2 region, interestingly, also allows for the coronavirus spike protein to be easily detected by your immune system, which then makes antibodies to target and bind the virus.
Yes.
The vaccines have been designed to give your cells genetically-coded instructions to produce spike proteins. This happens throughout your body after taking a Covid-19 jab. In addition, since you are making the proteins yourself inside your own cells, your immune system may attack your own organs and tissues, thinking it is attacking a foreign and dangerous pathogen. Thus, your immune system’s response to this self-produced spike protein may damage your body’s cells.
You may be feeling post-injection malaise, this can occur months or even years after the injection. Sufferers are reporting a great variation in symptoms: reported issues include brain fog, insomnia, blood clots, myocarditis, heart attacks, neurological dysfunction, reproductive system alterations, gastrointestinal upsets, prion diseases, autoimmune diseases and many more. WCH recommends taking an antibody test to find out the level of antibodies in your blood.
Health authorities indicated to the public that the production of own spike protein through injected composites would provoke an immune response that would protect the body from a serious Covid-19 infection. Many alternative studies, however, suggested that the injections might cause inflammation, especially in the form of blood vessel damage and clotting, throughout tissues and organs of the body, due to the excess of self-fabricated ‘vaccine’-induced proteins and the immune system’s response. A Japanese study found injected particles concentrating in the liver, bone marrow and ovaries. There is also evidence suggesting the spike protein may cross the blood brain barrier. A peer-reviewed study has also indicated links with cancers.
The spike protein was initially expected to provoke an immune response to protect the body from Covid-19. We now know however, that the injections cause inflammation, often including clotting throughout tissues and organs of the body due to an excess of ‘vaccine’-induced proteins. The production of spike protein by every cell can, in fact, lead to one’s immune system attacking one’s own body. If you are suffering with inflammation, WCH recommends a detox.
Yes. There is unfortunately growing evidence that Covid-19 spike proteins can be found in the brain. Many people have reported personality changes and a decline in cognitive functions post-injection. Studies now link the injections to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s.
Yes. Whether you received the Covid injection or not, you are likely walking around with spike protein in your body. That is the bad news. The good news is, there is plenty we can do about it. WCH recommends a detox.
Yes. Both vascular and organ damage have been commonly seen as a result of Covid-19 illness or after receiving a Covid-19 ‘vaccine’.
Shedding of mRNA is a valid concern. Spike protein induced in those who have taken the mRNA shots is able to transmit from one person to another, this has been confirmed by Pfizer’s own internal document regarding ‘environmental exposure’. We do not know the precise vehicle of shedding exposure, but hypotheses include the lipid nanoparticles from the vaccine themselves, or spike protein, or mRNA repackaged in human exosomes and shed through skin, breath or body fluids. Read more on shedding and find out more about how to protect yourself from shedding.
We would suggest you start a spike protein detox by following the information found in WCH Spike Protein Detox Guide and our Detox and Wellbeing Guide. You can also meet others and ask questions from dedicated therapists at our Detox Masterclass: why not join our Detox and Wellbeing Study?
Exposure to spike protein has been shown to cause damage to the mitochondria (the powerhouses of our cells) and affect the body’s metabolism. Fasting holds promise as a therapeutic intervention for spike protein related diseases.

Practitioners are finding that people are still producing spike protein years after their injections. There is no long-term data on spike protein production in the human body.
The long-term effects of the Covid ‘vaccines’ are currently unknown. Florida Surgeon General Dr Joseph Ladapo is one amongst many individuals and organisations who have joined calls for a halt to their use over safety concerns that the mRNA technology is delivering DNA contaminants into people’s cells. World Council for Health has been calling for an end to the injections since November 2021.

This is an evolving guide with emerging information on how to clear viral and vaccine-induced spike proteins from the body. The lists of herbal and other medicines and supplements have been compiled in a collaboration between international doctors, scientists, and holistic medical practitioners.
As Covid-19 infections, Covid-19 vaccines, and the issue of spike protein harms are new, this guide is informed by established and emerging medical research as well as the clinical experience of international medical doctors and holistic health practitioners; it will evolve as new evidence emerges.
The patent-free medicines and supplements included may have differing availability around the world.
The spike protein from a natural infection or a Covid vaccine causes damage to our body’s cells, so it is important to take action to detoxify from it as best as we are able.
The spike protein is a highly toxic part of the virus, and research has linked the vaccine-induced spike protein to toxic effects. Spike protein research is ongoing.
The virus spike protein has been linked to adverse effects, such as: blood clots, brain fog, organising pneumonia, and myocarditis. It is probably responsible for many of the Covid-19 vaccine side effects discussed in the
A Japanese biodistribution study for the Pfizer vaccine found that, in the 48 hours post-vaccination, vaccine particles had travelled to various tissues throughout the body and did not stay at the injection site, with high concentrations found at the liver, bone marrow, and ovaries.
Emerging evidence on spikopathy suggests that effects related to inflammation and clotting may occur in any tissue in which the spike protein accumulates. In addition, peer-reviewed studies in mice have found that the spike protein is capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier. Thus, in humans it could potentially lead to neurological damage if it is not cleared from the body.
This summary is intended to be a guide for quick action to relieve inflammation stemming from ‘spikopathy’, a condition associated with too much spike protein in the body.
