Statement Summary: July 28, 2026
World Council for Health is in support of a formal legal and scientific demand letter addressed to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) Executive Director Emer Cooke, co-signed by a coalition backing the Transparency4Safety initiative led by Dr. Silvia Behrendt and the German group Mediziner und Wissenschaftler für Gesundheit, Freiheit und Demokratie e.V. (MWGFD).
More than 2,100 EU citizens have formally requested access to the Common Technical Document (CTD) – the complete regulatory submission file – for the Pfizer (Comirnaty) and Moderna (Spikevax) COVID-19 shots, under EU transparency law (Regulation 1049/2001). The EMA has been stonewalling, offering meetings instead of documents.
The EMA’s refusal is regulatory obstruction. Evidence of the harms were already present in the original Pfizer trial and calls to stop the injections have been numerous and loud since then:
- More deaths in the vaccinated arm during the blinded period (15 vs 14) and open-label period (3 vs 2)
- World Council for Health declared these shots “dangerous and unsafe” back in November 2021, citing Nuremberg Code and Helsinki Declaration violations
- Biostatistician Christine Cotton identified that the commercial product (“Process 2”) was not the same as what was tested in trials – meaning the public received a product with no valid safety or efficacy data at authorization.
The signatories are calling for a stop to the stalling-tactic routine of ‘meetings’, to lift the black redactions now, and to release the unredacted CTD modules. The public has an overriding interest in knowing what regulators knew, when they knew it, and why they pushed forward anyway despite the safety signals sitting right in the sponsor’s own trial data.
